Our CBN Milling Head converts existing surfacing machines to today's technology. Now you can resurface cast iron, aluminum, and diesel heads with steel pre-combustion chambers at full grinder speeds without coolants! Five to ten thousandths of an inch can be removed in one cut leaving an incredible finish. This eliminates time consuming grinding sludge cleaning and easily meets gasket manufacturers specs for new bi-metal engines. Our 1½ thick ductile iron milling head is custom machined to fit your surfacer. The round cutter bit can be rotated to expose 50 cutting edges before re-sharpening is required.
