Even though our traditional benches have provided our customers with good results for many years, we saw the need to go further. We wanted to reduce testing time, imporve accuracy, and above all, simplify the tedious job of manually calculating CFM after each measurement. Imagine a flow bench that had you studying flow curves and reports in just 30 seconds! That is the power of the J-600.

*Automatically holds depression at any value you specify.
*Valve lift is controlled by the automatic valve opener to quickly achieve any lifts you specify.
*Flow and other measurements are automatically recorded at each lift.
*For each of these lifts you can carry out up to 16 speed measurements perfectly organized with Pitot tubes.
*Use of a swirl meter is fully supported with measurements being automatically recorded at each lift.
*Flow measurements are automatically corrected for cahnges in air temperature.
*Allows you to carry out traditional tests by programming the lift and depressions you wish to be tested.
*You can test carburetors with up to six depressions.You can personally program by measuring the depression of the Booster for all the mouths.
*You can program a manual testing for lifts and/or depressions.
* Fully calculated and compensated data is recorded by simply pressing a foot switch.
*Carburetors can be tested with up to six depressions in one test. Each venturi can be measured individually as well as collectively.
*Testing can be configured to vary lift (traditional head test), or to vary depression.
Test data curves can be viewed on powerful interactive overlayable line graphs.
*Available graphs include up to 12 pitot measured air velocities, 4 calculated average air velocities (based upon 4 user entered cross sectional areas), discharge coefficients, flow difference, flow percentage difference, swirl, and depression.
*The interactive graphs allow tests and data curves to be added or removed with the click of a mouse.
*Data values, data averages, and area under the curve can also be read from the curves.
*Eight different configurable reports provide test data in numeric form.
