The S-250 meets the need for a more economical flowbench with good air capacity which is necessary for producing the air speeds it needs to properly test heads. Four 240 volt vacuum motors give it a capacity of 250 CFM at 28 inches.
The S-250 meets the need for a more economical flowbench with good air capacity which is necessary for producing the air speeds it needs to properly test heads. The S-250 has a 6 inch water inclined manometer (for measuring flow), and two 30 inch vertical manometers (one for depression, one for pitot tubes, carburetor jets, etc.). Four 240 volt vacuum motors give it a capacity of 250 CFM at 28 inches.
*Simple controls easily change air flow direction for performing both intake exhaust tests.
*Six easily selected ranges provide high sensitivity at all flow levels to easily discern differences of 0.5%.
*Each bench is individually calibrated and comes with a calibration orifice to easily check calibration whenever needed.
*Every bench has a second vertical manometer for use with pitot tubes (for measuring air velocities) and carburetor jets. (Pitot tubes are optional).
*All models are constructed from 20 mm (3/4 inch) thick double phenolic panels with a high pressure laminate (aka Formica) finish.
